Matrix Alpha AI provides AI-powered business automation services, including but not limited to:

• AI call answering — automated phone agents that answer calls, qualify leads, and handle inquiries 24/7
• Lead follow-up — automated SMS, phone, and email sequences to engage and nurture prospective clients
• Appointment booking — AI-powered scheduling and calendar management
• CRM and automation setup — configuration of marketing and sales automation systems

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms or communicating with us
• Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach

All content, materials, software, AI systems, branding, logos, and intellectual property on our website and within our services are the exclusive property of Matrix Alpha Capital LLC or its licensors. 6. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. All payments are due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or suitability of our services for any particular purpose. While our AI systems are designed to perform reliably, we do not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matrix Alpha Capital LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Matrix Alpha Capital LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
